Animalia offer advise and support about quality assurance and hygiene concerning the slaughtering process. |
We offer the abattoir management advise and support concerning quality assurance, hygiene programmes and HACCP (please see also “Food safety”). On our “slaughtering insight menu” you’ll also find customised courses, formal inspections and audits. Our specialists also take on consultancy work regarding lairage, stunning and killing of animals (please see “animal welfare”).
Animalia is also working to enhance the meat industry’s knowledge on edible by-products and offal from the meat industry. In our courses regarding this, the focus points are “how to improve economic results by improved products, utilisation and logistics”.
